Please read them carefully. 1. Reservations & Payments All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee a booking. Depending on the rate selected, payment may be required in part or full at the time of booking. Melesio Hospitality reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. 2. Check-in / Check-out Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM) Check-out: Until 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations and modifications must be made in writing via email or through your booking platform. The cancellation policy may vary depending on the rate plan and booking channel. In the case of no-show or late cancellation, the full or partial amount of the reservation may be charged as per the booking terms. 4. Guest Responsibilities Guests must present a valid ID or passport upon check-in. The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum allowed for each property. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and property rules. Damages caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment will be charged to the guest. 5. Children & Extra Guests Children are welcome at most properties. Please check the property’s individual policy. Extra beds or baby cots may be available upon request and subject to availability. 6. Pets Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated and confirmed in writing prior to arrival. 7. Liability Disclaimer Melesio Hospitality is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions and lock doors and windows when leaving the room. 8. Force Majeure Melesio Hospitality shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions. 9.
